The players of Club Brugge may be involved in the Christmas markets in Bruges this year. I Know that the Bruges Christmas markets are popular with tourists from the UK as the nearby city of Brussels is served by the Eurostar and provides many accommodation options making the destination the perfect choice for a winter break.
Equipment: There are many places to stay but I recommend after a hard day find somewhere to indulge in Belgian delights and hearty gastronomic cuisine in one of the many bars and cafes or visit one of the cosy tap rooms, to be found throughout the city.

Club Brugge was last year's champions, and I hope they do equally well this year! Last year they totally overclassed the rest of the league, but this time it promises to be more exciting.

It is possible to reach Bruges by direct train from all mainline stations in Belgium and also from many major cities in Europe. When you arrive, a shuttle service of local busses will drive you straight to the Jan Breydel stadium. For those travelling by coach or car, they can follow the signs which will direct you from the main E40 motorway to the various parking areas nearby the stadium.
