nora_south_africa Says: This is a delicious local food, its endives, cooked till tender and rolled in ham, then packed in an oven dish and covered with a cheese sauce, then baked in the oven.Ours was served with boiled potatoes and a salad. and for desert...chocolates and more chocolates.....
