To my knowledge Ieper does NOT have available a "Internet cafe"...I searched and asked at the Information Center in the Lakenhalle...none was to be found...The hotel I stayed at did not advertise internet availability...
In the Information Center there is a terminal that can be used for free but there is a time limit of fifteen minutes and it closes you out...
There is also a small pub/cafe just around the corner on the Grote Markt that has a system set up for patrons to use....so if you buy a drink or have a meal you can use the system there...the name of it is the "In T Klein Stadhuis"...I sat on the terrace and had a couple of drinks and made quick use of the available Internet...
Fondest memory: In T Klein Stadhuis.....address is Grote Markt 32....and they're telephone number is 057/21.55.42
The Information Center is located in the Lakenhalle and is easily found...the address is Grote Markt 34 and they can be reached at 57 239 220...
