Grand Place - Grote Markt, Brussels

Probably the most beatiful square in Europe. OK, I haven't seen them all, but the architecture around la Grand Place is amazing. So is the flower-fair.

This is the Grand Palace, everybody who's been to Brussels knows about this. Near this place is Manneken Pis or the famous statue of peeing little boy.

really that "grand" (lol) but very beautiful!!

This is the Jewel of Brussels. Architecturally it is probably without match. Just magnificent. I cannot say more. It’s all just in front of you. Spend time here.

Sit outside, drink a beer, soak up the sunshine and people watch. There are numerous cafe's in and around the Grand Place.

Chimay Blue is a good choice but you can't go wrong with most of the brews.

Grand Place is the main square and the center piece of your visit to Brussels. People watch, visit a cafe, shop or stroll around admiring the architecture.

La grande place is the most famous place in Brussels, it's a sqaure surrounded by pretty nice buildings that date from the 17th century. It's a part of the UNESCO's World Heritage since 1998.

Ofcourse, when visiting Brussels, the Grand Place cannot be forgotten. Definitely one of the most beautiful squares in the world, if not the most beautiful.

The "Grand Place" is unique in the world. I saw it in early morning with the flower market and at night with the lights... simply wonderful

Grand Place is an amazing open square in the middle of Brussels. The guilded buildings are very cool. There are quite a few bars, chocolate shops and restaurants in the vicinity.
