The only way to get to KUPRES is by the bus, if you don't have a car, of course. If you go from SPLIT -CROATIA to SARAJEVO you will pass through KUPRES because KUPRES is a transit town from SPLIT -SARAJEVO. or from central BOSNIA to the ADRIATIC COAST.
