The restaurant is on the shore of the lake Modrac. In the summer you can have a table on the terrace of the second floor, which has a nice view of the lake. The menu is eclectic in that you can order both things you can have anywhere else and some local stuff like lake fish, local beer and Shop salad. (I may argue that the last item belongs to the Bulgarian cuisine, but whatever)
