I had to add the sign. Sometimes I wish VT would let you put more than one picture on a tip.

Favorite Dish: What kind of animals are those on the sign? Pigs, sheep, dogs?

We only turned around in the parking lot but the signs caught my eye. The palm trees made me think of home.

Favorite Dish: I have no idea what they serve but there was some sort of grilled animal on the sign. We argued about whether it was a sheep or a pig.

Not a lot in Mahala. This is about as exciting as it gets.

Dress Code: Wolf's clothing will do. Wool is acceptable.

These are some of the graves of unknown persons who were killed during the massacre of Srebrinica. The story is long and heartbreaking and I won't go into detail here except to say that if you are interested you shoudl read a book called "End Game." It tells the truth about what happened there.

Saudi Arabia paid for this one

    by american_tourister Written Feb 25, 2003

Favorite thing: Most of the mosques in this area (DMZ) were destroyed in the war. Saudi Arabia and many other Muslim nations helped pay for the rebuilding of mosques and homes.
