Srebrenica Things to Do
LiKe I mentioned before Srebrenica is really small and still healing from the war, so not too much going on around there.
Over a period of three years, the town became hostage in the savage ethnic war. Alot happened in this small area.
Srebrenica was probably the worst effected by the war. Thousands killed, and many lives ruined. But know that the war is over the city and it's people are trying to live on with their lives. There are still many ruined buildings around.
Bato Restaurant: Try baked beans with or without meat
I was advised to have a lunch at this family run restaurant by a musician I met inside the bus when I was coming to Potocari.
This restaurant has a good ambience, service and offers a tasty traditional food.
I ordered baked beans and the dish was excellent.
There's really not much of a night life in Srebrenica. Just some cafes and restaurants (since it is a pretty small town)
Bus from Srebrenica to Sarajevo
There are daily buses going from Srebrenica to both Sarajevo Central & Istočno Bus Stations

Timetable to Istočno
One way: 24 KM
Return: 35.5 KM
Favorite thing: Srebrenica is a cross between a little village and a little city. Since there are enough buidlings to call it a small city and yet a lot of farm animals around too. (But then again that can be found in any Bosnian city).
