DM restaurant in located in east part of the city, it is a part of a big shopping-center with tennis-courts. It has a big balcony, very nice modern interieur.
The food offers everything, from local meals to exquisite international kitchen.
It is the best restaurant in Tuzla-region.
It is also on of the cheapest restaurants in the region.
Very professional waiters and cooks, they speak english and german.
Clean, fresh and quality food for a good price.
Try to call before and reserve a place, because its often full.

The restaurant Camdze: It is mostly fish but it's really fresh and well prepared. The prices are very reasonable, especially for foreigners. They also serve traditional Bosnian deserts like tufahiya (apples soaked in honey and stuffed with wipped cream and nuts). The only problem is that it is not actually in Tuzla, but at the lake Modrac and it's kind of hard to find. I will try to get the directions or a phone number. The setting is really nice, right on the lake.
Sarajka: this is the best place in Tuzla to have cevapi - traditional Bosnian kebabs and the most famous Bosnian dish. It does not look like a restaurant, but more like a nicer fast food place, but the food is excellent and the staff is very nice. It right off of Korzo, just take the little street where Nicola's store is located.
Citta del Salle: nice italian restaurant also in the very center of Korzo. You cannot miss it.
Chasa: in the part of Tuzla called Slatina. Very tasty soups and meals, not expensive.
Biblioteka: Also in Slatina, a bit pricier than usual, but a bigger variety of dishes.
Omega Shopping Center Food Court:
nice cooked food that is cheap and also the closest you will get to what people in Bosnia eat at home.
Favorite Dish: any kind of fish, cevapi(kebabs)

A little shop tucked away on the center of town and right behind the main mosque. It is a simple place that only serves Burek, yougurt, and sodas. It is cheap! We had one cheese Burek and one meat Burek and two sodas. The bill came to 4.5 marks. We threw in the half Mark for a tip. Coverted that is a total of $2.5 US or Euro. These little shops are all over the place.
Favorite Dish: Well, it would have to be the Burek. Since that is all they serve it stands to reason.

The only US style fast food joint in Tuzla. It has burgers, fries, and cokes.
Favorite Dish: The Bosburger. A straight out hamburger with a hint of mutton flavor. It is very similar in taste to the burger we had in the Cayman Islands. Those were the ones that Carren said tasted like goat. I am sure she would say the same about these.

If I do have a favourite restaurant in Tuzla, then that's 'Cittá del sale', an Italian restaurant in the heart of town.
The atmosphere is nice (especially with candles), the price not that expensive, but do beware that if there's a white sign on the door, it usually means somebody's having a private party in there.
Favorite Dish: My favourite item is the Risotto ai Frutti di mare, a great meal that's not that costy (9 KM).

My favorite restaurant in Tuzla is Sezam 2. My friends and I have eaten here several times an the food is always great.
I like Sezam because it's located in an interesting part of town and the wait staff is always very friendly and helpful for those of us with only 3 or 4 words of Serbo-Croatian in our vocabulary!
Favorite Dish: I guess I'm just the regular old tourist who likes the national dishes too much...my favorite item is cevapi. For the uninitiated, it's little veal sausages on flatbread with
onions and a feta-like cheese. Mmmmm! Greasy and good!

My favorate restaurat is called Sezam. This is a grill that serves a variety of meats, including hamburgers and the must-have 'Cevapi'
Sezam is an outdoor restaurant, and is especially great on a nice summer day. Prices are decent, and cost less than a fast food meal in the US.
Favorite Dish: Without a doubt it is the cevapi or cevapcici. These are small balls of ground meat served in a 'lepina.' Which is similiar to pita bread. You can also have them with onions. They come in small and large portions. Both are excellent, and topped off with a Coke make a great meal.
