Stay clear of the gypsy kids. If they notice you are foreign they will follow you for a long time until you give them money. It's best to just ignore them and say nothing

Everything usually all revoloves around the town center, because that's where everyone usually is. There's cafes everywhere, restaurants, clubs, and shops.
