As most of the restaurant in that area, Bile is also part from a hotel. The place was very comfort. We stopped there to have something warm to eat and we loved the chicken soup. Then we asked to see the hotel and we decided that next time we’ll try it. The receptionist was very kind, she even showed us the rooms which were big and with a nice view.
Please note -- this review is for the pub...not the restaurant.
The Troyan Plaza Hotel's Pub was a nice find for lunch. The chicken soup was delicious and the sesame chicken was served with a yogurt sauce that complimented it very nicely.
The pub had a great atmosphere for tourists, families, and businessmen alike. The dining area is relatively large by Troyan standards and there is ample room between tables for both privacy and ease of movement. There is even a table that is situated inside a giant old beer barrel.
I like to steer clear of hotel restaurants and find a nice local "dive," but this hotel's dining experience was well worth it.
This bar is a fine place for tasting local and foreign foods and drinks with live music and pleasant surroundings.
Favorite Dish: I still haven't been there but one of the most special things you can order in it is the Irish whisky. There also you can taste the local plum rakia.
