Sofia is full of good restaurants.
The prices are more than reasonable, in most of the places the food is delicious and the service is relativly good in the mid class restaurants.
The average price per meal (salad+main dissh+soft drink) per person is usually not more than BGN 15 (EUR 7). I am talking about an order where no alcohol is included :).
High-end restaurants, of course, are more expensive :)
