I should say that along with the dog hanging out in front of the door of the closed shop and the building that shelters at the same time the public administration of the town, a coffee shop, night club and a gambling spot that was another strange sight that attracted my attention.

While I was walking along the pedestrian street in the center of Devin I saw what you see on the picture. It is something like a small casino that has a couple of slot machines. What struck me was the awful combination of one pharo sitting next to a pile of beer and coke boxes under a PEPSI neon sign and another one right next to a hot dog add...

Another odd tendency in Devin seems to be that shops are mostly located in building which are on the verge of starting to fall apart as you can see from the other two pictures.
