Luggage and bags: backpacks are good!

Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: you have to have good shoes; i usually wear soldier boots or hikning shoes; the grass burns from the sun and is hard, and then ...it's a Rocky/Stony beach- it's tough to climb up and down in flip-flops; it's an open field, so is very,very windy- you can sunburn easily just by hanging out up on the rocks.
it's getting chilly at night ...so be sure to bring warm clothes- wind proof jacket is a good idea;

Toiletries and Medical Supplies: going to kamen briag is like going to wilderness...the nearest hospital and stores are in the nearby city Kavarna.

Camping/Beach/Outdoor Gear: Bring stable tents- the smaller the better-because of the wind. Once we had a tent blown away. And waterproof good tents- once i remember it rained for days and most of the tents were carried away!
