Varna comes to life at night time. The cathedral looks amazing when it is all lit up. During the day it is a beautiful building but at night it becomes spectacular!! The markets stalls look like side shows at a fair with the single light bulb dangling above the seller's head. Its a vibrant city that you must see by day and by night to get the true feel of the place.
I spent only four days in Varna but one of my evening activities was strolling through the main streets of Varna. I was very surprised how colourful is the night life here. Some of cafes are open 24 hours a day and a lot of people walk through the main streets every day.
