there is a spring near the river, where you can drink fresh water that runs from the rocks.
on the picture is an old woman that lives nearby. she is getting water for herself and her old husband, because there is no water supply line in the area.

these kind of mills have been used until not so long ago. this one is in pretty bad shape, but with a little bit of imagination, it turns into a beautiful memory of some past times when people were living of it's work

i won't tell you where exactly this place is. first reason is that i promised not to, and the second one is that i really don't know where it is, i wouldn't find it by my self:)
but there are a lot of these kind of places along the river, so you can find your own little piece of paradise..:)

The Castle of Dubovac is situated in the outskirts of the town (quarter of Dubovac). It is a small but very well preserved castle turned into restaurants nowadays. From the top of the castle tower you can enjoy in scenic view of the town and all of its surroundings.

The medieval Castle Town of Ozalj, dated from 1244, is situated in the northwestern part of the Karlovac county. It is located on the top of the hill along the middle flow of the Kupa river and its right-hand tributary Dobra.

there's a smal stream running paralelly with the river, on witch all sorts of different flowers grow, including these beautiful daisy
