Motto of this happening is "Skrta zemlja cuva svoje blago", which cannot translate properly but closest would be "stingy land keeps its fortune " - this sentence contains all efforts that people of this area have to put to, metaphoricly speaking, pull out a drop of oliveoil or vine...
