On a sea front restaurant, I dined on sardine and chips washed down witha large beer - all for 10 euros equivalent - half of what I had paid the previous night in Dubrovnik. Fellow munchers and I were serenaded by a guitarist singing Beatles song, but with prepositional dyslexia. For example, during 'Norwegian Wood', he crawled off to sleep 'on' the bath, whilst Eleanor Rigby picked 'out' the rice 'on' a church etc. After eating, I passed a bar where a group of French tourists were having a toga party to the the strains of Creedence Clearwater revivals' greatest hits.
A very pretty village, close to the impressive Golden Horn, but silly, yes very silly.
