6 ReviewsDon't waste your time, we read fabulous reviews on loads of travel mags, but have a feeling they writers were paid off, this place is awful, looks good, but staff rude and food far too overpriced. I...
5 ReviewsOur group of four stopped in for dinner due to seemingly reasonable prices and pleasant location in the old city right by the palace. This was probably the worst decision we made on our entire trip...
4 ReviewsGood food (or "spiza" as the locals say) is an integral part of the Hvar tradition. Healthy, light, mostly boiled food (chiefly fish), seasoned with home-made olive oil and a pinch of herbs which grow...
3 ReviewsDon't miss this small friendly restaurant tucked away up a side street from the Riva. It's run by husband & wife team Marija and Ivan. Don't be put off if you don't see many people inside -the food is...
2 ReviewsA beautiful stone restaurant that allows you to sample the various award winning wines. In between tastings step through one of the windows to catch some sun or go for a swim. A great place to spend...
4 ReviewsI wish I could agree with the other VT reviews of Bobis - I wasn't too impressed!
The shops are inviting - to those with a sweet tooth like me, at any rate - with more cakes, biscuits and...
2 Reviews Milna is a little bit out from Hvar (about 10 km) so you have to go there by car... but there are a beautiful spot to take sun and most of all a great restaurant, open night and day, where you can...
3 ReviewsAll along the waterfront in Split there are outdoor cafes. They serve a variety of food but for the most part people seemed to be stopping for a cool drink or a coffee. It was so hot you had to take...
2 ReviewsA small family-run restaurant Jurin Podrum (Cellar) can be found on one of the quiet lanes in the old part of the town. The interior is rather small, there are only a few tables. Try to get a table...

1 ReviewThe huge patio is under a canopy of grape vines with
clusters of grapes within arms reach. The restaurant seems to cater more to large groups and families. Tried a hvar plate (sampling of ham, pag...
2 ReviewsThis restaurant hails from the slow food movement, and does it proud. The food, standing alone, was quite good. Since slow food movement is as much about the experience as the food itself, our...

We booked in advance an outdoor table for 11 for a party of girls on a hen weekend. The owners are extremely friendly and accommodating. The menu is fairly limited but that made choosing very quick and easy. There is a mix of food, mexican, french, thai, salads etc. The ambience outside was perfect and was very popular with locals. The portions are big but the bill is not. We were welcomed with open arms and would definitely go back.
The Chicken Quesadilla and lime cheesecake were particularly good! Portion sizes are generous and some girls couldn't finish their meal.
