Ice creams !
Everywhere in Croatia, there are many shops selling yummy ice creams but I have found that in Trogir, there were even more and with an even wider variety. If we had to choose one, I really do not know which one. Luckily, we are not ice cream eaters and our pleasure was to gaze at all of them in the windows !
Terraces on Trg Ivana Pavla II
Trogir has numerous caf? terraces. This one stands, together with several others on Trg Ivana Pavla II. There are so many that it is difficult to take a decent photo of the loža but I must admit that to have a fresh beer in one of those welcoming armchairs is a great pleasure !

May Day is a Celebration
We arrived here on May 1st, so it was time to do as the locals do. We sat down, talked crude Croatian language and drank beer and wine for a while. The band played and we got there late in the day, but I guess it was an event of 6-8 hours starting around 9-10AM based on the "tipsy" crowd. There were around 300 people in the park by Kamerlengo fort

Get an ice-cream
One thing that is also a must-do in Trogir is to eat an ice-cream. People are selling ice-creams wherever you go...but the most interesting are ice-cream throwers on Riva (they throw ice-cream in the air and catch them) and the ice-cream square, as I call it, in the centre of old city . There are at least four ice-cream shops with terraces. definitely the best one is Ðovani, definitely the best ice-cream on this part of Croatia. Enjoy
Maybe yes or maybe no, it doesn't matter at all, but this group od mum's gave me opportunity to make this beautiful picture. The sun was down in the late afternoon and it wasn't so hot anymore so it was the right time to walk babies out in refreshing early evening. I was lucky to meet, by chance, this lovely group of mum's and babies
Big laundry day
Maybe someone is bothered by it or perhaps even shocked when see clothes torn in the middle of the street and left to dry. However, it is a custom and tradition all around the Mediterranean area, be it a village or town.
Once the clothes was washed in the rainwater and with soap, and the starch was added only when women laundered linen and white colored shirts. Starched linen and clothes could be best dried and intensely bleached if exposed to the sun and gently breeze. Also, and this in no less important, the women showed up with who's linen is more white and adorned with more beautiful embroidery.
Socializing with the ladies from restaurant "Capo"
I was the last client in the restaurant, having late dinner after 10pm. The crew gathered together after long busy day drinking usual espresso before going home. The lady owner (first sitting on the left hand) told me its their usual meeting for resuming the day and making plans for the nest day. I was gently invited to join them and they bought espresso for me too. It was really nice of them.
A Spanish look
Iron is used, her and there, providing a Mediterranean look, but nowhere in Croatia I saw a courtyard so clearly marrying Greek and Spanish look as in Trogir.
