Dugi Otok Local Customs

This lovely little library is probably the only one on island, at least the only one I've seen and heard about while spending time there. Being located in centre of Sali next to the sea in harbour it can be hardly missed, if nothing else you can notice its fine old armchairs next to doors which suggest some different-than-usual content of a building at seaside towns. And why actually wouldn't you have a look inside, when its darkness feels seductive, loaded with books and papers and fine atmosphere. It can be actually great place to begin your journey, since knowleagble local folks are always great source of information. Enter, and ask.
Even browsing books would be real pleasure to some, and a part of a travel.

Occaisonaly, discussions and meetings are hold in the library... yet another reason to drop an eye here while visiting Dugi otok.
