This so beautiful building for me. It looks like cake with lots of cream. So white and so elegant. It is located next to the main bath (Slatina) and it is one of the oldest Hotel in Opatija.

It is the oldest Hotel on our coast (I think :)), built 1884. From 1913 it becomes a famous ball room for concerts, festivals ... The terrace is beautiful ...

It can bee read that it has been built at 1420. There was a Benedict monastery to. St. Jacob is the saint protector of Opatija. I is oldest building in Opatija.

One of many along the strip, this demonstrates the intricate and detail work on the facades, and the insides of hotels. They all are upscale seeking the more affluent people to come and stay.
