Brioni…again! Since I used up all my travelogues and I was going to add a bunch of pictures, here is more of Brioni. This is the gorgeous beach I am talking about!
There are 4 hotels in which you can stay, all offering a great view, but most lacking a/c which can be brutal in the months of Jul/Aug. If you take a walk around, you will see a few museums and galleries, the “Byzantine Castrum” (where my homepage picture comes from), and if you take the train (with a guide) you will get to see the flower gardens, the safari (zebras, deer, etc) and the Brioni villas and fortresses.

BRIONI NATIONAL PARK - not far...

BRIONI NATIONAL PARK - not far away from Pula is one of the most important places in Istria to visit. Once a president Tito's summer residence, Brioni are now trying to become a high class tourist attraction & place for a peaceful holiday. Brioni are a string of islands not far away from Istrian west coast. Enjoy in a Zoo & visit very old Roman ruins.
    Beautiful nature
