Favorite thing: In late evening, fishing boats, which were anchored in the southern part of the harbor, outside the marina (the marina is on the right of the picture), sail for a night fishing. They will come back early, tomorrow morning, hopefully with a good load of fish !

Favorite thing: On the contrary, on the outer pier, only sail boats are moored. They are my favorites but unfortunately, the pier is not allowed for those who only want to admire the boats. Now, it is how are all new marinas ! Too bad !

Favorite thing: This pier seems to be designed only for motorboats. In the background, the other side of the bay can be seen with the ''Belvedere''. In the evening, during the whole summer, the quay on the other side of the bay is crowdie and very touristy.

Favorite thing: Local small boats are gathered in this part of the marina, where water is not very shallow, closer to the city. May be this is not technically part of the marina but ''free'' mooring for locals and for boats that need only one or two feet of water.

Favorite thing: Not everybody needs to moor a marina. Some do not need any man made quays and can moor anywhere along the coast, looking for adventure ... With this boat, it is possible to visit small bays in the wild or tiny uninhabited islands !

Favorite thing: Look at this one ! She is tired of the sea and wants to make a little trip inland on this superb motor berth ! I agree, as inland Istria has hidden treasures for those who dare visit and leave the sea for a while.

Favorite thing: This boat certainly needed to sleep. That is why they have hauled her out of the sea, dropped her on a cradle and driven her to bed under big sheets, but due to her size, one sheet was not enough and they had to use several. Goodnight !

Favorite thing: As it is a new marina, it has been equipped with an efficient brand new crane that can operate relatively heavy boats and allows the marina to receive and repair this type of boats. Vrsar marina seems to try to catch an upper class type of yachtmen !

Favorite thing: The office of the new marina is in a building that has been built on the northern part of the bay, close to the marina and to the church ''our Lady of the seas''. We have not visited it but it has every facilities needed by yachts owners.

Favorite thing: The wonderful places for people to swim and suntan. There are many beaches located throughout the city and take a walk through some trees and you'll find some more places to swim.
Fondest memory: The thing I miss the most from Vrsar is that my grandpa lives there and we hardly get to see him. Out of my 18 years of life, we've only gone to visit him twice. I also miss how beautiful the city is.
