 dustmon Says:  Try to visit this church on Sunday---they have a beautiful service in the morning---when I visited they had some singers and an organ player---I did not climb the tower but the views are probably fine of the harbour below. There is also a small cafe right in front where you... 

 dustmon Says:  This old Church in Vrsar is almost to the top of the hill, and shares a square with the main Tourist office, one of the old gates to the city, and a wonderful place called Ladonja, where you can get a beer, soda or coffee and sit in the middle of the square and rest after... 

 dustmon Says:  This small church in Vrsar, Croatia has an amazing (but kind of grotesque!) painting of St Fosca being beheaded by a Roman soldier, at the far end of the church. Other jewelry pieces and crosses are also displayed inside. 

 alyf1961 Says:  The church of St. Martin towers above the harbour in Vrsar.The foundations of the church were laid in 1804 but not completed until 1935 when it was consecrated on March 19th.The bell tower although planned at the same time as the church, was not built until 1991 

 alyf1961 Says:  Vrsar has a beautiful peaceful harbour with many types of boats and yachts.The harbour was formed in the 19th century with bars and cafes overlooking the boats, it’s a lovely place to sit and relax.

 JLBG Says:  This is the only wooden statue among those that are scattered in Vrsar. It looks as a kind of pilgrim or a traveler, holding a tambourine in his right hand. Unfortunately, I could not take a good picture as it was in the shade and a car was parked that I could not avoid. 

 JLBG Says:  Isn't it looking like a small menhir (I mean one of these standing stone found especially but not only in the Celtic countries) ? Actually, I would not be surprised if the artist wanted to make a kind of replica of the campanile that tops the town. 

 JLBG Says:  Look at what you will might be looking after too much tanning in the sun ! The body would partly melt and distort. The material that was in the head and in the arms has trickled and gathered into the bum and the legs !! Haha !! Actually, this black stone statue is very... 

 JLBG Says:  What is that ? A helmet ? It is amazing, but if I had the choice, I would not moor on this one. I am not confident at all of the way a line will stand on this amazing shape. I thought at first that several were more "fancy" that "bollard", but finally, this is the only one... 

 JLBG Says:  This inflatable facility is only for the little ones. They can slide from the top without any hazards. Even those who can hardly walk cannot do themselves any harm. It is completely safe. The only problem is that as soon as they have slipped down, they climb on top to do it... 

 JLBG Says:  Here is another activity based on the elasticity of strings. It has certainly a name, which I do not know. It is very popular among teenagers that enjoy these easy giant jumps that are done with very little effort ! 

 JLBG Says:  Several trampoline facilities are open to the visitors on the large space at the bottom of the quays. This picture was taken at night. Due to the poor light, it was taken at low speed, which gave this amazing effect of ''scratch''. 

 JLBG Says:  On the contrary, on the outer pier, only sail boats are moored. They are my favorites but unfortunately, the pier is not allowed for those who only want to admire the boats. Now, it is how are all new marinas ! Too bad !
