    Along the coast, all the way from Lovran to Opatija and then futher to Volosko ia a ''lungomare'' path. Built already in the austro-hungarian times and named after kaiser Franz Josef I.
    In the distance you can see Cres island (right) and Krk island (left).

    This is a tipical port for all small towns along the coast. Locasl have their boats here. And as you can see, old wooden boats are being replaced with moder plastic ones.
