From Moscenicka Draga, there is a foot-step-way to the little village Moscenice. I think there are 500 steps ore more through a little wood up the hill. But your effort is surely recompenced with a marvelous view on the sea. Beyond that , one should not miss a walk by the close lanes of the city.
For people who does not like to walk - it leads also a road into the small village.
If you are hungry after so many steps, you can eat there very good. There is a recommendable restaurant with a large terasse, with a wonderful view on the sea.
if you make a walk on the promenade of the coast, you can see some old mansions.
I think they are the private sommer-homes of former rich jugoslawien people. Now you can rent them and have nice days in a luxury environment.
It is very interesting, to watch the homecoming fishermen early in the morning, bringing fresh fish from the sea.

There are only few tables in the restaurant, it is advisable to reserve a place. The restaurant is directly beside the port, with a great view to the port and the beach.
The service is very nice, the price is adapted to the good quality of the food.
Favorite Dish: The best Calamary i have ever eaten.
Maybe there is nightlife (with dancing and music) in the 2 larger hotels in Moscenicka Draga - but i have not been there and I have not seen it.
Maybe there is nightlive in summer - but there is no nightlife in June (time of out bike-trip to croatia).
But it was very nice to walk in the evening on the promenade through the little town, watching the people and the artists, showing their paintings and works of art.
It also is very nice, to have a view to the lighted village (see photo).
Many people go there for diving.
Every day several boots full of divers leave the port. I have heart that there are nearby some old ship wrecks.
On the beach there is a diving basis, where you can book the boats and hire the diving equipment.
Here the link to an Austrian diving school, which often go to Moscenicak Draga for diving.
