When the World was born they forgot to give Croatia the Alps and they gave us the sea without waves so they had to do something, to find a good substance for a snow tracks.
In the year of 2006th in the bay of Zrce was opened one more wakeboard cable in Croatia. The cables on salt water are rarity in the World but it does not mean that they are not good.
There are only few cables built on salt water, one of them is Cable Pag.
Ski lift is situated on island Pag, on Zrce beach.
Probably everybody heard about it, so when u will drink cocktails there, just look 200 m in front and you will see brightness of the day :) cable park.
Wakeboard globally has two main directions - boat wakeboard - being towed by a boat, and cable wakeboard - riding on cableway systems. Recreational riders are people of all ages and skills, but the pros are generally younger group, between 15 and 25. Wakeboarding is more than just a sport, like other "extreme" sports, it's a lifestyle. There are over 100 wakeboard and waterski cableway parks around the world, more then 40 of it in Germany, on natural and artificial lakes. Cableways are ecologically acceptable - the electric drive influences environment much less than the boats.
The cable can go up to 60 km/h but it will keep some constant, about 32km/h. The main tower is 10-10,5 m high. In same time 7 people can cruise around the cable.
When u feel that is a time for pause on a platform is a bar with restaurant where you can chill around, peep into the store with style equipment, shower from salt water or you can just sleep on the sun on a big terrace (200m2).

The diversity of beaches and the indentedness of the coast are what is specific about Pag Island. Numerous large and small bays, as well as sandy, rocky, or stone slab beaches cater to all tastes. The rock, vegetation, and clear sea are a combination guaranteed to absolutely thrill you.
If you like crowded beaches, the most attractive ones are the 'Zrce' and 'Straško' pebble beaches with plenty of sports and recreational activities like water slides, scooters, beachball, tennis, etc
Papaya is the last club on the right from entering on this beach but for me the best one.
Two big swimming pools, great music selection, god service, nice scenery and nice view on bungie jumping fascilities. Well I can admit they can be expencive with entry sometime but only cose the organize really good DJs. Worth it. Definatly.
Aquarius is the outfit from Zagreb's popular club. It is located just near the entry of Zrce the beach and has a nice swimming pool and great garden with white zofas. Inside there is closed place where party is usually happening. They have more house music but still sometimes mixed with different styles like r&b. I liked it.
A legendary Kalypso Beach Club is the Oldest club, first who started with Parties on Beach Zrce. This club does noth have a pool and music is very mixed. From dance and house, to rap, r&b and 60s. If you are into such variety of music styles you must try it. I had mixed feelings about it. I was rather dancing in other clubs.
