"Tvornica" disco club: Back to the 80's

by Direktor

Great discotheque, with great music featuring all the hits and less-known songs from the 80's, includin Michael Jackson, Belinda Carlisle, Alice Cooper, Bee Gees, Roxette, Kylie Minogue, Falco etc.On a big cinema screen, they are playing movies from the 80's, I liked it so much!!!Entrance is usually 25 kn (1 euro - 7.5 kn)Sorry, but I don't have picture :((

There are many places in Zagreb where you can go out and spend a great time with your friends!Zagreb offers a big selection of clubs, caffes, live concerts etc..People are relaxed and friendlly and you can easy get to know new and interesting young people.Music is different so you have to choose from different clubs which suts you the most!In the past years my favourite spots were disco clubs or just some caffes with live music and a good atmosphere.Today I don go as offten as than to the clubs..I prefer to go out with my friends were is not souch croud and were we can create our own atmosphere! But sometimes we go out and just give ourselves the oportunity to be a little wild and we dance through the night..:-)Or sometimes I just stay at home and watch TV and still have a great relaxing moments!! Evryone chooses his way of dressing...but I must say in Zagreb people expecially young...

My Croatian nightlife...

by minchanka

My Croatian nightlife experience is not very rich. I stayed in a town named Crikvenica, so my narrative will be about this place. The first night in Crikvenica we (me and my friends) spent wandering around the town trying to find something interesting. There were lots of restaurants, cafes, spots for playing billiard, bowling, mini-golf, and several nightclubs. Some of them were good enough, but when we droped in 'Omorika' club, we definitively decided to stay there. Actually, we became 'the heart and soul' of this place for a week. The club's owner - Crasy B(can't remember his name exactly) - was very glad to see us and welcomed us with beverages. That was a little thank from him: we made his club crowded for a short time at least. Crasy B was 56 years old German, who married Croatian woman and moved to Crikvenica about ten years ago. He built this club, and maintained it carefully,...

datapanik's Nightlife Tip

by datapanik

Nightlife in Rovinj itself consist mainly of eating late then strolling at a leisurely pace around the harbour with an ice-cream. There are a couple of discos in the large hotels just outside town but as I didn't have transport it didn't seem worth the effort.

Cafe New York.: Cafe New York.

by richiecdisc

Just further proof of the Westernization of Croatia, all the cafes had American names like New York or Alabama. Goran was not so fond of this, but hey, if you eat at McDonald's, you can't complain they build them. I for one NEVER eat at McDonald's. I look for a local Croatian place now, I miss the food. Try and look like you're from Jersey, YO!

old town at night: Sibenik

Some would say "dead",and Sibenik in early June is certainly quiet enough...But if you're here off-peak and out-of-season it can be pleasant wandering around uncluttered streets..
