Decent pair of walking shoes as there are loads of walks. The sun was very hot when we were there in late May, so plenty of suntan lotion needed. Plenty of rolls of film. There is so much character in the towns, the beauty of the countryside & the clear blue sea. A couple of books to sit on a bench or rock & just let the world pass you by.

BRING WHAT YOU CAN

YES YES YES YES YES EVERYTHING YOU BUY IN CROATIA SEEMS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN IF YOU BUY IT AT HOME.

Not much more than the picture shows is required. If you forget to pack a towel and are a tall person, you can find plenty hanging in the streets of many towns by the sea.

Your own towels!

Depending on where you stay, I would suggest packing your own towel. Most pensions provide less than appealing towels. Invest in a padded cushion for the beach. Beaches have gravel instead of sand.

.Don't forget to pack a good humour whenever you go to Croatia :-)))It doesn't weight much, so no need to worry about your excessive luggage in the airplane..
