There is no menu. You say what you want to eat in the evening and then the people fetch it for you. You can eat yugoslav food or even a chinese chicken *g*

Favourite food among masses of people on all occasions include split-roasted lamb and suckling, grilled fish, calamari on various ways, barbecue dishes – “raznjici” and “cevapcici” and mixed grill, prosciutto and sheep cheese or smoked ham and cottage cheese with sour cream ….
Local types of brandy are also appreciated such as herbal brandy, grape brandy, plum brandy, walnut brandy, the Istrian brandy etc.
The famous types of grapes are “plavac” (central and southern Dalmatia with its islands), than “dingac”, “postup”, “faros” etc.
The other parts of Croatia are known for the following sorts of wine: “malvazija” and “pinot” from Istria, “zlahtina” from the island of Krk, and “grasevina”, “risling” and “traminac” from Dakovo. Leave a Comment Theme: Other
