Nice staff, good food - local and fresh with daily prepared and cooked meals, from sea food to some continental meals.
Excellent position if you have to wait for ferry (view from restaurant is on the ferry dock), close to local market. Interior is bit basic but in traditional way. Value for money!

Small (5 tables) cozy place next to fishmarket in Rijeka main market. Friendly staff will always find you a place. Croweded between 10.30 and 14.00. Fresh food every day (specially sea food, remember that their location is next to fishmarket!), you don't wait for food more then 10 minutes couse everything is semi-prepared. And finally...it's best value for your money. This is the cheapest place in city center (same price for lunch is in MC Don.) Kitchen is open till 18:00. Tourists are not often there and you'll hang among locals or even sit with them if there isn't available table. Place is run by couple Nena and Roni.
Favorite Dish: Hm...I tried some staff for the first time in my life and everything was great.
You can try domestic fish soup; squids, black rice with sepia; fried shark; and there is always some meat like goulash with homemade dumplings.

Excellent service, food, wine. Not cheap though.
Favorite Dish: Anything from sea is worthwhile to try.

We usually come here to drink good beer, but there is food menu as well and I can tell not bad at all. Evenings are cool here bcouse there is older crowd here. Big terrace is a plus.
