This restaurant has (re)opened in 2006 and became popular instantly because of its traditional, good food served in a traditionally designed interior for a fraction of the price you would have to pay anywhere in Europe (if they served this kind of food). On Sundays, they serve a "Sunday family lunch" for 45KN per person btw 11:00&16:00h; that's more than just value for money.
Favorite Dish: Fish-paprikas (a spicy freshwater fish stew served with flat noodles/ pasta or bread). It's my favorite because it's almost like my dad makes it at home.

El Paso is a lovely restaurant on the river Drava quay, on two levels. The upper flor can be too hot in the summer, and in the lower part you can sit by the river ectly and enjoy a bit of fresh breeze.
There is a great variety of food, from pizza and pasta to local dishes. What I tasted was delicious, although if you opt for grilled mushrooms stuffed with cheese and ham, prepare yourself for a very small portion (maybe 6-7 very little mushrooms and more fries than mushrooms), so if you're hugry choose something else. Goran had turkey steak with cheese and ham, it looked delicious and it was HUGE, Vlada had a pizza Fantasia that was very good, but don't expect Italian pizza, it's different, while Nives and I had the mushrooms mentioned above, that were truly delicious, although a tiny portion.
