City center still retains the charm it had in the Austro-Hungarian times. The city was center of a military district in those time. You can see some nice architecture here, like this park surrounded with Gymnasium and Trade High School building.

Bosut is the river flowing through Vinkovci. It is very slow and often covered with river plants (i wouldn't know the english term). Scenery if very pleasant for the eye. I enjoy walking on the bank of Bosut. It is not for very dynamic people, though.
