Favorite thing: The small old town of Samobor is situated on the east slopes of Mount Samobor, by the stream Gradna.
It is only 20 km from Zagreb, and its surroundings stretch from Okic to Žumberak. The area is one of the oldest and most attractive weekend haunts of Zagreb dwellers and a frequent resort od day-trippers, mountaineers and tourists from Croatia and abroad.

Favorite thing: This is the river that flows through the center of Samobor. Just where I took this picture is a small park where you can sit down and enjoy a few quiet minutes before, or after, you walk through the town to find some cake and coffee.
