Having said this it's a nice place to hang out at night, have a few drinks or one of their many types of hot chocolate and well... smoke some nargileh, too - but beware that it's quite a tasteless one. As the place tends to pack up fast, get there somewhat early.

It's quite a challenge to enter this house. What can be seen and experienced inside, can presently only be imagined. Meanwhile you may enjoy catching a glimpse of its Mystery Garden.
Rumor has it that the gate and the window shutters were painted by the Blue Ghost Blues Band during one of their jam session breaks. Locals have reported that the band is said to give free midnight concerts there during the winter months.
If you are a fan of haunted houses, you may also enjoy visiting the Karlsruhe-Neureut Mystery House, and the Dijon Mystery House.

All nightlife is centred around the seaside promenade and one block behind in Laiki Geitonia.
There are a few discos and bars but the place is not that hype. Theme: Live Music

Many of the places are much of a muchness, banging out dance music, which I'm not really fond of, but I did stumble upon this place one evening. Inside there is a small bar with a larger room adjoining, so I took a place at the bar. Being off-season, I think I was the only foreigner there (suits me) and was made to feel very welcome. I suppose speaking a little Greek helped in this respect.
In season, I suppose it's different, but it seemed that any customer who wanted was wandering up to the sound system (at the end of the bar) and choosing music. Traditional Greek tunes were being mixed up with Pink Floyd, blues, jazz and just about everything else.
A beer at £C 1:80 and a couple of ouzo at £C 2 made for a very convivial evening. Recommended.

Aside from these Cypriot beers, "The Bailey" also offers the typical European offerings (Heineken, Amstel, etc.) There is also a kitchen on the premises though I didn't eat there. I was put off a bit because I saw two cochroaches while sitting in a booth inside the pub so I would only go back here for a drink at the bar and wouldn't sit in the booths.
