Larnaca is a bustling port city. There are long and wide sandy beaches, which borders directly on the boulevard. Larnaca offers you the opportunity to a variety of shops, restaurants and bars to choose from. Behind the bustle lies the historic city center, with small winding streets and alleys.
The transfer time from the airport is approximately 20 minutes.

Larnaca´s beach extends directly along the promenade Phoinikoudes, starting from the harbor and the Armenian Monument down to the old Fort of Larnaca. It is quite crowded in summer, but known for its beautiful sand and cleanliness. (In North Cyprus you will hardly find beaches that are so clean.) Hiring sunbeds with umbrellas cost about 2 Euros / couple of hours.
Further south, past the old part of the town (Laiki Geitonia), you will find Macanzie Beach.

All beaches in Agia Napa have been awarded with the EU blue flag for their level of cleanliness and the comprehensive facilities offered in line with the uniform standards set by the European Union. There are a few beaches which are perfect and you should visit like Nissi beach
The first and most popular beaches of Ayia Napa is the Nissi beach, a sandy exotic beach with crystal clear waters. It is visited mainly by clubbers and young people and at summer and gets very busy.
Larnaca Seafront as you can see is not too great for sunbathing. There are plenty of other gorgeous beaches nearby though.
