I bought a nice gold ring, but garnet can be also found in combination with silver.

Puppet is very popular toy in Czech Republic. It's the best gift for your children or nephews. But I've got one (Charlie Chaplin) for myself. Why not? :-)

This czech cartoon film "Mole and his friends" was very popular some years ago and their heroes are still famous in Czech republic.
What to buy: There's lots of glassware sold all around Prague. Good place to get some fancy crystal glasses or anything else made out of glass (if you're into extremely decorative glass that is).
Amati: Looking for wind instruments?
Amati is a czech manufacturer of wind instruments, like saxs and trumpets. There is a factory direct store near the center of Prague.
Bohemian Crystal is historically famed for their products. And thus Prague is also known as a destination for this specilized shopping.

What to buy: Buy cristal! Bohemian cristal is of very good quality and quite inexpensive! I bought a set of 6 wine glasses for 30$ (canadian).
Gift stores can be found all over the city, In the touristy areas stalls on roadside offer all kinds of souvenirs ranging from t-shirts to stickers with "I love Prague" and so on.
