What to buy: Buy cristal! Bohemian cristal is of very good quality and quite inexpensive! I bought a set of 6 wine glasses for 30$ (canadian).
Gift stores can be found all over the city, In the touristy areas stalls on roadside offer all kinds of souvenirs ranging from t-shirts to stickers with "I love Prague" and so on.
