One of the most famous and contoversial building in Prague got its name because of two "dancing" towers. Must see activity for all fans of architecture.

Extra famous spot ... worthy of a visit to pay the fee to architect Frank O. Gehry, who has developed part of the project.

A few meters upstream from the Karluv Most are two modern buildings with an interesting shape. It has curvy outlines made by the architects Milunc and Gehry between 1992-1996.

The architects had a field day with this one. The Dancing Building, apparently modelled on Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers.

The Dancing House (or Tancici Dum) is one of my favorite example of modern architecture.

The inside is mostly offices, with an overpriced French cafe at the top, but the exterior is worth a look.

The dancing building was built between 1992 and 1996 on the site of a blank space, which was left after an air raid in February 1945. It is near Jirasek bridge.

It is a recent building around the Karlovo namesti district, very modern design. The slanted column is likened to Ginger Rodgers holding to Fred Astaire when dancing.

If you are interested in modern architecture, check out the dancing house that was completed in 1996. The architects of the curvy and unique looking building are Vlado Milunic and Frank O Gehry.

An unusual work of architecture. We actually went to the area to look at a couple of cubist buildings but they didn't appeal at all to our taste. This is more like it!

No earthquicks in Prague, just art. There is a pricy reastaurant called La Perle de Prague inside this modern building from 1990.

You can't miss the Dancing buildings! They are on the river and it's quite difficult to describe their impact on you. You love them or you hate them...I loved them at once!
