    The first notices of the square are from the 10th century, as a location for selling goods. Since medieval times, the place was a crossroad for the european merchants.

    This is where you will find some of Prague's most beautiful buildings. These include the Old Town Hall in the centre of the square and Tyn Church which dominates the eastern side of the square.

    Ochs House

    The Ochs House is called with the name of its owner of the fifteenth century. The house has got a beautiful statue of St. Antony from Padova which was realized in the sixteenth century.

    This house is located in front of the Clock Tower. The façade of the building was in origin in Romanesque style and it is decorated with a gilded Lady with Child.

    In front of the Church of St.Mary of Tyn there are the palace of the School of Tyn. It is characterized by Gorthic Arches and it was used as school from the 16th century untill the 19th century.

    On the right of the Ministerstvo Pro Mistnì Rozvoj Palace you can see another interesting one. It was built in an Art Nouveau style and shows stutues of angels and Christ on the roof.

    Old Town Square has many things. This is where you would go to meet up with a walking group, or to view the Astronomical Clock, souviner shopping, and to just to admire the view.

    This building in a Renaissance style is in the start of the Old town square. The walls of this building decorated in sgrafitto method. Amazing!

    The old town square and the astronomical clock should be one of the first places you visit in Prague. A nice place to visit late in the evening.

    This is Prague's main attraction. The beauty of it is not comparable to any other place in the world. The colors, the setting,te architecture, all of it will give you a heart attack.

    Old Town Squere is the heart of the city and it has been from 10th cenury. The most of the buildings were rebuilt in 17th century after a fire.
