Liberec can be described as a real tourist destination only in winter, when it's possible to ski from the mountains surrounding the town. In summer, however, nobody seems keen on climbing them, and that's a mistake I think. Going to the top of Jested mountain is a nice physical exercise, plus - it gives you a wonderful opportunity to see one of the weirdest hotels in the whole country. It is also used as a tv-tower, I suppose, because of its vantage position.
Anyway, if the weather is sunny and warm, take your chance to get a bit of fresh air and enjoy the view from the top.

Besides, the view is really breathtaking !
