Favorite thing: The townhall is certainly one of the most beautiful buildings on town-square.
Fondest memory: When you click on my picture, you may see the great details of the facade, including the faces of famous and well known inhabitants of Pardubice / Pardubitz.

Favorite thing: Great and unique facades are found all over the old part of town, but especially on the toqn-square, called Pernstynovo namest.
Take a closer look for the great baroque stucco-ornaments and the big variety of facades.
Fondest memory: Pardubice / Pardubitz is a great place for a stop-over, 2-3 hours would be enough ( I had unfortunately just a bit more than 1 hour )

Favorite thing: Pardubice / Pardubitz is a town of 93000 inhabitants , built by the Pernstein-family in the 16th century at the confluence of the rivers Labe / Elbe and Chrudimka.
They built a great renaissance town with plenty of similarities to Italy.
Fondest memory: The town is also famous for it's gingerbread.

If you look carefully at the picture you can see 2 Latvian girls between this Philipinese choir. We were staying at the campus and it was fun!
