The Silver Rock music bar an excellent venue and is very popular and worth going too.
Dress Code: There's not really a dress code, however getting in can be a problem because of the ice on the slope walking up to the doors! haha You will find it alot easier leaving thou! haha

The tourists are transfered from Spindleruv Mlyn to Martinova Bouda. Transport can be arranged with the people at the bouda. Means of transport is a landrover type car, and when there is snow or ice, the upper part of the way is done by snow mobil.

After a days skiing or Snowboarding its customary to venture to the Audi Ski bar for a few drinks before going back to your hotel before dinner :-)

Wealth Warning: Avoid changing currency at Chequepoint's branch in Spindleruv Mlyn - or anywhere else for that matter.
Some of my British and American friends have told me horror stories of the rip-off rates charged by Chequepoint when changing money into Euros. It seems to be a problem with this particular dealer - other VT members in Hungary and Hong Kong have reported the same kind of fraud.
My advice is not to use Chequepoint under any circumstances. Click on the logo so you can steer well clear of these sharks.
Fun Alternatives: In any event, you will get much more competitive rates drawing local currency on your Visa or Visa Electron card (preferably use a cash dispenser in a bank during opening hours and check the card slot shows no evidence of being fiddled with (a favourite trick is to slip a thin additional reader in). Shield the keypad with your hand as you tap the numbers in (in another scam, a concealed webcam films your PIN number).

When You are in Spindleruv Mlyn I recomend to take a trip high into the mountains. First with the line lift for Medvedin, and than You can cycle or simply take a walk in a National Park. The red trail leads strait towards Kotel pick 1435m above see level high.
