Aarhus has beautiful walking zone, with a lot of stairs and benches close to water (not sure if that is sea water or some small river).

This is Marselisborg harbour, which is really beautiful. There are restaurants and place to buy icecream, but at the moment its a bit cold:-)

It's interesting to sneak into some of the well-preserved courtyards, taking you back to the 17th and 18th centuries with some beautiful half-timbered buildings.
