Warning: Bus system in the Aarhus is ok, but I have found confusing for how long bought tickets are.
They cost 18dk, but I'm still not sure if it is for one ride, or for some time period like 1h, or for entire day.

At night there are a lot of drunk people in the streets. Some of the drunken men are looking for a fight.
It can be very dangerous especially for other men, as there are a lot of violence. And the police are never there.
Only walk in groups, and have a plan ready if you get mugged.

...you might not remember walking home! I've had this happen a couple of times, where I've been offered a few shots--had a great time of what I could remember, but I was lucky to somehow make it to my bed! Crime is low and instances of violence are pretty rare. Women walk or bike alone in the wee hours of the morning (relatively) fearless of being harrassed or accosted. Even the people walking home drunk don't make catcalls!

Aarhus has one football team in the best league though they are just hanging there ..they got a lotta local supporters , but quite a few of them are violent and always cause troubles during and after the match. I will advice u if u insist on doing to see a match not to bring small kids and be careful if u r wearing the oppositions colours. There could be an unpleasent surprise for u in the woods after the match
