My workmates and I felt it worth the drive from Århus to Ebeltoft solely to visit the Ebeltoft Røgeri. The seafood is great, the have a great dark beer, and the staff is friendly. I hope to have a few more visits here. We loved the name, but it requires some British humour (sic) and an inside knowledge to explain--I'll skip the details.

A seaside town ignored by time

Ebeltoft is a quiet little village on the Baltic. Better yet it is close to the rolling hills of the Mols peninsula, dotted with 16th century churches and half-timbered homes with thatched roofs. It...

Ebeltoft: A Living Museum

Centuries old houses, and town structure are preserved in this lovely Danish city. A pretty large Old town square with all those functioning old butiks give you a feel of a festive museum.
