Just 1 km outside the Village of Besser you will find Vorbjeggård.

And just here it is: SAMSØ DOWNHILL !!

Here started Britta and Sten Brorsen last year with the Zorba Ball.
Sten transports the big Zorba Ball with a diameter of 3 m by trailer up the 16m high hill.
Uphill Sten helps you to put on the harnas,
which will keep you steady inside the ball while you are rolling down the hill.
Then Sten pushes the Zorba Ball beyond the ramp, and the ball starts rolling.

It's an amazing expierence to be inside the ball!!
The ball rolls of the hill, tumbling and bounching with you inside of it.
On the foot of the hill is Britta waiting for you to help you out the ball.

There are three different Zorba Balls

SPIN BALL for 1 or 2 persons, you are buckled in. read above and see the pictures.

SPA BALL In it goes 30 liters of warm water and that makes the ball slippery inside
so your sitting on the bottom of the ball and you are not tumbling around.

FUN BALL for small children f.i. this is juist on a flat playground.

Originally the Zorb ball was developedin New Zealand, by the same people who
made bungee jumping a world hit.
The ball is 3 meters in diameter and there is 70 cm of air between the inner ball
    and outher ball.

To the nort of Ballen you can find Camping Strandsskoven.
Here you can park your car, or put your cyckle aside.

When you walk towards the sea and look right, you can see
    the harbour of Ballen already.

Now just walk alongside the coast towards the harbour.
On the shore you can find some nice shelfs or nice little stones
polished by the sea and sand.

On the right hand you see nice cottages and on your left there is
the sea, with, on the other side of the water seaship.

Just after 39-45 min.walk you will arive in Ballen Harbour.
here you can take a rest at on of the restaurants near the harbour,
and enjoy your frehs fish etc.

For the walk back you can walkon the road, and there you will
    pass by the Energy Academy.

Some farmers sell there products on the road, so maybe you will end
with a sack of patatoes, or other vegatables, or fresh fruits.
