Fondest memory: OK, so we're walking back from Voderup Klint, just outside of Tranderup. We pass this pasture full of cows. Big deal, right? Well, the cows spot us and line up along the fence as if for a picture. After we stopped laughing, we obliged them and took some pictures. Were they looking for a handout? I guess we'll never know.

Favorite thing: The first tip I would mention is: come to Aero in summer! Aro is completely different in the summer time (touristic time) and in the other seasons. After tourists leave the iceland, lot of shops and restaurants close, there is almost no nightlife and no things to do. It is much worth to visit not the "dead" towns, but to feel the joyfull atmosphere when the weather is good, all summer houses full of people and some activities (like for example jazz festivals) organised. The harbour in the picture looks totally different in summer.

Favorite thing: There is a very clean and maintained but free (!) WC in the centre. Just look for the WC sign. All I can remember about the location is that coming out of that place and walking few steps I found this amazing door-knocker on a door!

Fondest memory: On the road to Tranderup, we encountered a Killer Bunny. Fortunately, we had a spare Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch in our pack, so we vanquished him.

There's not a whole lot to do on Ærø. And that's why we liked it so much. Just quiet, rolling hills and water to relax and wander around. We stayed in the village of Ærøskøbing, which itself is...

One of the most beautiful places I've ever seen

The Island of Aero, reachable only by ferry from Fyn, is somewhat a pearl in the Danish archipelago. I toured part of it by bike on a day trip from Svendborg and I regret the little time I had. The......

Can't say enough good things about ?r?!

I visited ?r? sometime around May before the peak vacation time, and the island was idyllic. Understated, quaint, and seductive, it is a great place to relax and see some charming little towns. This...
