The restaurant offers very well prepared fusion cuisine. 3-course meals are offered for DKK 300, plus beverages. Eat inside, or out in the courtyard if the weather is good. This is an excellent place for a splurge.
Favorite Dish: The featured meal varies from day to day. Rest assured, Chef Christian Møller Bentzen will take excellent care of you.

I understand that "smokeries" like this one are not all that unusual in Danish coastal towns. They're a nice choice for smoked fish. Order food to eat on the picnic tables outside, or have the fish packaged to take away. This one also had Carlsberg beer on tap.
Favorite Dish: You can't go wrong with smoked herring or smoked salmon. I had a salad with pieces of smoked salmon generously mixed in. Very nice with a beer!

Yummy Danish ice cream served on freshly baked waffle cones. What more could you want? Grab a cone with as many scoops as you dare, head for the water, and enjoy.
Favorite Dish: Favorite dish? Let me go out on a limb and recommend the ice cream. Check to see what the daily special is.

I have never tried ice-cream in this shop myself, but in summer there are queues of people! When you pass the main street of Aeroskobing called Vestergade, you will see lot of people sitting on the benches around this strange coloured shop all eating ice-cream! During other seasons it is closed.

Close to the port at the start of this street, there is a bar on your left from this direction decorated inside like that one catering the sailors with old postars and sitting arrangement. Try this bar and get a feel. You can't miss it, tho I forgot the name.

There's not a whole lot to do on Ærø. And that's why we liked it so much. Just quiet, rolling hills and water to relax and wander around. We stayed in the village of Ærøskøbing, which itself is...

One of the most beautiful places I've ever seen

The Island of Aero, reachable only by ferry from Fyn, is somewhat a pearl in the Danish archipelago. I toured part of it by bike on a day trip from Svendborg and I regret the little time I had. The......

Can't say enough good things about ?r?!

I visited ?r? sometime around May before the peak vacation time, and the island was idyllic. Understated, quaint, and seductive, it is a great place to relax and see some charming little towns. This...
