The village hosts one of the most active tractor clubs in the country.
It´s a club for people who are passionate about Massey Ferguson tractors and "bøjden ferguson klub" have several events and parties every year.
This is really redneck denmark in a very charming way.

Bøjden has a small harbour where you have a combination of small commercial fishing vessels and leisure boats.
There is usually some local life at the harbour and it tends to be the place where people hang out when they socialise.
There is a nice view of the bay down there, so it's worth taking a stroll there.

Bøjden nor is one of the best places in Denmark to watch both migrating and stationary birds.
It's located next to the ferry and devided by a dam that leads to the ferry.
The area has places where you can observe the birds at close range without disturbing them.

There are quite a few old fashioned danish houses in the village that are worth having a look at.
Thatched roofs are still quite common even if the insurance is very high for these houses because of the risk of fire and they sure do look good in my opinion.
